Bike Nomination Form

On December 13, 2025, Kids Action, in collaboration with local Shawnee businesses, will host our annual Bikes for Kids event, providing bicycles to children (ages Pre-K through 6th grade) in our community whose families are facing financial hardship and may not have the means to provide this kind of gift at Christmas.

Kids Action has distributed thousands of letters to elementary schools in Pottawatomie and surrounding areas. If you know of a child who would benefit from receiving a bike, please complete this form. Submissions must be made by a parent, guardian, or teacher. The Bikes for Kids team will review each submission and notify families of selected children to join us on December 13, 2025, to receive a new bike.
